I’m sorry to hear about your experience.
I shipped the item exactly to the address provided via Catawiki using PostNL as required. According to the tracking, the parcel was delivered by the carrier to a pickup point, which is determined by PostNL’s delivery routing and is outside of my control as the seller.
I understand this was inconvenient and I regret the situation, but I did ship correctly following the platform’s process.
