I paid €45 for domest shipping in Germany. Delivery arrived 10+ days late to a GLS pickup point, not my home. Coat came in a shoe box, unwashed and full of hair. Seller paid €3.89. Very poor purchase

Regarding the price, you received an original Calvin Klein coat for this amount. I believe it’s fair to consider the original retail value when assessing what was received. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to sell an authentic Calvin Klein item for just a few euros.

As for shipping, the shipping cost was clearly stated in the description before bidding. In addition to courier fees, sellers also have to cover taxes, packaging, transportation, and storage costs.

I kindly recommend carefully reviewing the item description and conditions before placing a bid in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

The watch was returned to me in fully functional and correct working order. There was no defect or issue with the item itself; you simply decided that you no longer wanted to keep it. As a result of this return, I unfortunately lost money due to the transportation and handling costs, which is quite disappointing and unfair, as the item was accurately described and sent as agreed.

orologio si ricarica, funziona, ma estraendo la ghiera di caricamento non regola le lancette, il venditore lo avrà anche spedito che funzionava, ma di fatto io ho un orologio che deve essere riparato.
