The seller does not follow Catawiki's rules and stated that he cannot deliver the item at the price of the paid shipping cost. Catawiki cancelled the order after seller refused to send the order.

As we were unable to deliver to Oulu at the paid shipping price from madrid and you agreed to the cancelation, we proceeded with it.
The delivery from Madrid to Oulu is for a small business very challending, especially as we recently started and dont have any logistics parters that deliver till there. 

As we are a new business here, we will definitely use this experience to improve our shipping options and better serve our customers in the future.

We had been in direct contact with Catawiki regarding this lot. We discovered after auction ended that not all photos had been uploaded and that the marble top was missing.

Had we sold the frame, we would not have been able to sell the marble alone and we didnt want to charge you separately for a complete product.

We regret that we were not able to cancel it before the auction has ended, As a new business here on catawiki, we will do better next time.
