All the wines sold by us are kept in a temperature controlled cellar at 14-16°C, 70-80% humidity, in a dark room in absence of light.

Ageing: large 40 hl oak barrels for 30 months before bottling. It then ages in the bottle for a further year.
A beautiful ruby red, it's elegant and refined on the nose, with characteristic notes of violet and red fruits, complemented by the blend's typical spices, such as pepper, licorice, and tobacco. On the palate, it's deep and complex, but not austere. Persistent aromas and a dense tannic texture.
A wine for special occasions, it's perfect paired with braised red meats or game.
