Al naso è ricco con sentori di frutta rossa matura e un finale al cioccolato.Il corpo è pieno con sapori di mora selvatica con tannini setosi e un finale lungo e saporito con sapori di cioccolato in polvere nel finale. Ideale con primi piatti e carni rosse come lepre e cinghiale. Prodotto in sole 2000 bottiglie dal maestro enologo Michel Rolland.
Caratteristiche: al naso è compatto con richiami di ribes nero, grafite e tocchi di geranio. Al palato è estremamente fresco con tannini salati ed agrumati.

The color is a dark blue. The nose is rich with hints of ripe red fruit and a chocolate finish. The body is full with wild blackberry flavors with silky tannins and a long, savory finish with chocolate powder flavors in the finish. Ideal with first courses and red meats such as hare and wild boar. Produced in only 2000 bottles by the master winemaker Michel Rolland.
Characteristics: the nose is compact with hints of black currant, graphite and touches of geranium. On the palate it is extremely fresh with salty and citrus tannins.
