Chagall’s works are characterized by a distinctive visual language combining elements of surrealism, expressionism, and cubism. His compositions often feature poetic, dreamlike imagery, with recurring themes of love, memory, and spirituality. The use of vibrant colours—especially reds, blues, and greens—along with expressive distortions and fluid forms, are hallmarks of his style.
