Offered here is a highly collectible vintage bottling of Eagle Rare 10 Years Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, produced at the historic Old Prentice Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, and bottled at 45% ABV (90 Proof) for the Italian market. This is an authentic 1990s Italian export, presented in the classic squat bottle and complete with its original Italian tax strip, original neck booklet, and original "Soars Above All Others" hanging tag.
Eagle Rare has long been regarded as one of Kentucky's benchmark age-stated bourbons, celebrated for its extended maturation of ten years in new charred American oak barrels. The additional years of aging produce remarkable depth and elegance, with a rich aromatic profile of vanilla, caramel, honey, toasted oak, orange peel, leather and subtle tobacco. The palate is full and refined, offering notes of toffee, maple syrup, roasted nuts, baking spices and dark fruit, leading to a long, smooth finish with lingering oak, cocoa and cinnamon.
