A 2008 vintage Glentauchers release matured and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail for their 'Distillery Labels’ range. Tasting Notes
Nose: Stewed apples with vanilla pod and crystallised orange peel. Raspberry compote develops alongside fragrant cinnamon spice.
Miros: mere gătite cu baton de vanilie și coajă de portocală cristalizată. Compot de zmeură se dezvoltă alături de parfumatul condiment de scorțișoară.
Taste: Smooth apple and vibrant pear compliments demerara sugar. Clove and tangerine gives way to aniseed and a hint of white pepper.
Gust: mere moi și pere vibrante completează zahărul demerară. Cuișoare și mandarină lasă loc pentru anason și o nuanță de piper alb.
Finish: Medium-bodied with lingering spice and walnut.
Final: corp mediu, cu condimente persistente și nucă.
