This Rabarber is the result of a six-month barrel maceration of local rhubarb, of which a small part was sourced with a Halle resident but most comes from De Groentelaar, one of our cereal farmers (and also specialized in organic vegetables, fruits, … and rhubarb).
Used two different lambikken from two different barrels, equally split between a young lambik for macerating and a two-year old lambik for blending.
