The item that I bought traveled for two weeks distance of 25 km. It took some time for seller to send it, and in the end it was delivered on the pick-up point and not on my personal address. 

I'm sorry to hear that the shipping was not to your liking. Sadly I can't control the delays a courier is experiencing. Additionally, the package was addressed to your home adress, the courier decided to bring it to a pick-up point. Kind regards.

Il capo è perfetto. I segni di usura sono minimi! 

Die Verpackung war super stabil und man sah keine Beschädigung am Paket! Trotzdem muss es unterwegs mal gestürzt sein, weil der Rahmen gebrochen ist. Das schöne Bild ist zum Glück unbeschädigt.
