    I won the auction and paid for the ring, but the seller never shipped it. I had to go through the cancellation and refund process. Very unprofessional. I cannot recommend this seller.

    Not quite sure what to think. Ring "lost in transit from HK" (was supposed to be in Spain). Disappointed. Catawiki engaged the reimbursement. So no money lost. But experience tainted.

    Indeed I was a bit sad the package get lost in the transit but l got my money back so it is not an issue. On top the seller was extremely respectful and apologized. I hope they will post new items.
