The tv has a motor wall bracket; upon inspection, wall bracket sent was manual. the replacement had missing parts. Some missing parts were sent but not all. some of them don't belong to the bracket.

This is crazy, we send you a new wall bracket and never got the manual wall bracket back from you. We have ordered the missing parts. ( only 2 covers that are behind the television, so why the rush ). We have told you we had to order this parts. We have shipped them 4 days ago! Track and trace 05212005619860 carrier DPD.

There is definitely a powercord inside the box! Very childish to give a negative feedback and never contact us about this.
