Order arrived missing 5 items. The seller was unwilling to resolve it, and Catawiki had to intervene with a refund. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this seller.


In Holland the post office never puts some items in a new box when on their way, without a few of them! 
The claim you sent is a false one. We used another box than you showed and on your pics we see the 'missing' postertube! For 20 euro's (ex fee Catawiki) you've received items worth over 200 euro's, even when some should be missing,  as you stated. 
You had a good deal. I don't know the purpose of your 'claim', but it's nor fair at all...!!!
We do this for years and years. This claim, in Holland,  is unique. For service purposes Catawiki gave you a refund. We've received our part as well.
