Promptly received it, however, the box was well oacked on the outside, the bottle inside the box had sufficient play that the top rubber bottle holder came undone and partially tore the plastic seal. 

Bonjour, je suis heureux que vous ayez reçu la bouteille dans un carton bien emballé, et que la bouteille soit en bon état. Je suis en revanche déçu que la bouteille se soit "détaché" de son socle et qu'elle est pu détérioré son support ; le carton a dût être extrêmement mal traité ! Les transporteurs ne respectent rien. Je trouverai une solution pour les prochains envois. Merci et bonne dégustation
