Born in Rome, in a suburban area, he approaches the world of Hip Hop and Street Art, starting almost as a game with graffiti.

He paints on canvas, starting mainly with spray cans and later moving on to airbrush and markers, developing a mature and recognizable style.
He uses pop images, cartoons, superheroes, comic book characters, musical icons and references to great artists of the past, often revisited in an ironic or provocative way.
He is a big video game enthusiast, and often blends urban style with the most iconic gaming characters, both classic and contemporary.
Born in 1988, Outside 313 continues to paint what is immediately recognizable but never banal.
