The Parker Duofold Fontain pen, produced in the 1930s, is a good example. The pen in the picture is almost 100 years old. Originally made of celluloid and colored Black & Pearl, it has deteriorated over time.Thanks to the gases, it underwent a color change and darkened significantly, turning into a rich caramel and black color.This is a necessary change in the materials used. This color is generally more pronounced on the body, while the lid shows less variation.

The three thin rings on the pen's cap are the most distinctive indicator that this is the Deluxe model. The pen is filled by opening and pressing the black cap on top. The pen's body and cap... There are no cracks; very fine scratches are visible. The pen's clip shows some wear due to age. 10x micro-photos have been taken of the coating for illustrative purposes..
PS. This pen offers an excellent writing experience. The gold nib is between F and M, all nib adjustments have been made, the pen's filling cap has been replaced, and all maintenance has been performed by a skilled pen repairer.
