ABOUT THE ARTIST

Elena Paraskevas verk finns i institutions- och företagskollektioner, inklusive Public Art Department of Sweden (Västra Götaland Government), Boston Hospital, USA (storskalig 500 cm installation vid ingången till barncanceravdelningen), Australian National University, Thalassa Museum, Affinity (Serif) och andra institutions- och företagskollektioner.

Hennes verk har visats i EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT i Bryssel, samt på stora biennaler och gallerier i NYC, Paris, Tokyo, London, Dubai, Sao Paolo (Brasilien), Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur, Florens, Frankfurt, Málaga, Linz, Graz, Siena med flera.
År 2026 valde Magnum-fotografen Alec Soth, allmänt betraktad som en av de mest inflytelserika levande fotograferna, personligen ut hennes verk till utställning i Grekland, under grekiska kulturministeriets auspices.

Hon har utsetts till International Photographer of the Year (2024 / 2023 / 2021 / 2018) av fyra olika internationella fotografisällskap.

Hon har mottagit internationell erkänsla och stora utmärkelser från Hasselblad Masters, World Masters of Photography, LensCulture, Aesthetica, Prix de la Photographie Paris, International Photography Awards (IPA), Neutral Density Awards och många andra.

Sedan 2021 har hon tjänstgjort som jurymedlem för FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS och som domare i flera internationella fototävlingar varje år. Hon är också tidigare Adobe-instruktör och ambasadör.

Hennes fotografier har publicerats i Smithsonian Magazine, The Guardian (UK & Australia), The Times, Vogue.it, Aesthetica, LensCulture, PDN, Photography Masterclass och många andra internationella publikationer.
