The Monterey Aged Trans Honey is a semi-hollow guitar that merges the elegance of traditional jazz guitar aesthetics with modern playability and tonal versatility. Its single-cutaway, thin-line design offers comfort and excellent access to the higher frets, making it suitable for a wide range of styles including jazz, blues, and rock
The guitar is finished in a classic aged Trans Honey look, giving it the appearance of a well-played vintage instrument
Construction and Body
Body: Semi-hollow, featuring top, back, and sides made entirely of maple, with a solid center block to minimize unwanted feedback at higher gain settings
Top: Figured Maple / Maple laminates for enhanced resonance and tonal clarity
Neck: Hard maple, set-in construction.
Fretboard: Ebony or Rosewood, 12-inch radius, 20 medium-jumbo frets, MOP block inlays
Bindings: Vintage white multi-ply for body and neck
Dimensions: Scale length 628 mm (24.724 inches), nut width 43 mm (1.732 inches), overall length 1045 mm (41.142 inches)
