Innkeeper and chef at the legendary tavern of the same name in Rassing (Traisental). For years, he watched with dismay as many old vineyards in the region fell into disrepair, with no new generation of winemakers stepping in to take them over.
To preserve this historic heritage, he launched the "Glömda vingårdarna" (Vergessene Weingärten) project alongside two winemaker friends, Jürgen Leitamayer and Tom Dockner.
