Druvorna väljs noggrant och transporteras till vinhuset i lådor. Efter kross och total avstjälkning sker jäsningen i öppna lagares vid kontrollerad temperatur.

A set of 6 bottles of 100 Hectares Filigrana Red 2021, an intense, elegant and gastronomic Douro wine.

The story of 100 Hectares originates from the Brás e Cigarro family’s passion for the Douro Demarcated Region, with a project dedicated to showcasing traditional grape varieties and the identity of the Douro.

Produced from a blend of traditional Douro grape varieties, including:

Touriga Nacional
Touriga Franca
Sousão
Tinto Cão
Tinta Roriz

The grapes are rigorously selected and transported to the winery in small cases. Following crushing and total destemming, fermentation takes place in open lagares at controlled temperature.

It offers an attractive bouquet of dark fruit, exotic wood, sweet spices and toasted cocoa. The palate is creamy, textured and deep, with fine tannins, balanced acidity and a long, austere finish. An expressive Douro red, ideal with red meat, game and richly flavoured dishes.
