COLOR: Deep straw yellow with golden highlights; continuous, persistent perlage of excellent finesse.
NOSE: Fine and elegant, rich and fruity, with pleasant citrus nuances and classic notes of bread crust and brioche.
PALATE: Lively and savory; dry yet with a voluminous, silky texture; well-structured, refined, and elegant. Excellent persistence on the palate.
