Gaja Barbaresco 2020 från hjärtat av Barbaresco i Piemonte
Angelo Gajas 2021 Barbaresco är ett vin med pondus och elegans som har mycket att erbjuda. Expressiva kryddiga och blomsterlika toner är de första som öppnar sig, men det som verkligen sticker ut är vinets nyans och avgränsning. Genomskinligheten är uppenbar. Söt frukt av röda körsbär, mynta, kanel och rosblad utvecklas i glaset och tillför ytterligare nyanser. Smaken är balanserad och kryddig, tanninerna fasta och eftersmaken är precis och lång. Detta muskulösa monument till rött vin behöver definitivt några fler år i flaskan, med lite tålamod kommer det att förvandlas till ren elegans.
