Carbon L04 represents the Forth stage of the pictorial transposition initiated with Carbon L01. The reference to charred wood remains, but the carbonised appearance is no longer limited to the evocation of a material: it becomes organised and develops into an autonomous pictorial language.
Building on the L and LD series, this work continues Tehos’s exploration of verticality as the result of opposing forces. The lines attempt to maintain their direction, while horizontal strata, distortions and bifurcations exert pressure upon them. Verticality is therefore not presented as a fixed order; it is constructed through the resistance and tensions acting upon it.
The carbonised appearance becomes a rhythmic structure, traversed by almost organic shifts. What was expressed in the sculptures through the weight of the wood, volume and the action of fire is now conveyed through the density, rhythm and disruptions of the painting.
Carbon L02 marks an evolution: matter is no longer merely the visual starting point of the work, but a means of representing a verticality subjected to opposing forces and constantly seeking equilibrium.
Multiplying artistic explorations, collage, painting, photography, video, and installations;
Tehos has exhibit worldwide.( Uk, Hong Kong, France, Monaco..) and gain recognition for his collages.
His artworks have been used for the cover of the newspaper " Le monde Diplomatique" illustrate some article of this newspaper.( 2 million exemplary worldwide ).
He also illustrate one of the posters of the "Art monaco" art Fair 2014, the cover of le Jazzophone, a French Jazz magasine, a book cover for a sapir price writter in middle east country.
He won the price of the Jury of the Aiap Unesco in Monaco 2011, for a video installation.
Tehos has been feature as emerging artist of the week in Dubai and Abu Dabhi in March 2020 with a video exhibition on 1000 screens and giant screens on the two cities.
In 2023 a Tehos artwork from the Icon serie has been used for the cover of the magasine d'Art et de Culture.
In 2024 he realise a movie with IA, wich has been shown in the Nice Conservatory of music

Tehos är en fransk samtida konstnär född 1966.
Sedan början av 2000-talet har han utvecklat en mångfacetterad konstnärlig produktion som blandar måleri, collage, fotografi, video och digital konst. En pionjär inom metaversum redan så tidigt som 2009, undersöker hans praktik förhållandet mellan bild, språk och kollektivt medvetande samt uppfattningen och omvandlingen av verkligheten i tidsåldern av immersiva teknologier och artificiell intelligens. Vid sidan av sin konstnärliga praktik utvecklar han också flera serier verk avsedda för design- och inredningsmarknaden.
Hans verk har visats internationellt och publicerats av Le Monde diplomatique. Det har bland annat använts som omslagsbild för tidskriften D’art et de culture (december 2023), för den officiella affischen till Art Monaco 2014, och för omslagsarbetet till singeln You Are Not Alone av Elan Atias (The Wailers). Han har också designat etiketten till ett prestigefyllt vin från Kalifornien.
År 2019 skapade han en storskalig urban utställning i Dubai, som sändes på mer än 1 000 skärmar över hela staden, inklusive flera stortformatsskärmar, via Eleven Vision Media-nätverket. År 2024 producerade han en tjugo minuter lång film som helt och hållet skapats med artificiell intelligens, med fokus på krigsrättegångar, och den visades vid Conservatoire de Nice som en del av en hyllning till Luigi Nonos hundraårsjubileum.
Han är också grundare av Tehos Art Lab, ett oberoende och uppslukande virtuellt museum tillägnat samtida skapande, virtuell verklighet och nya sätt att sprida konst.
