We conduct a rigorous inspection before shipment; however, as the watch battery is a consumable item, the purchaser is responsible for replacing it should the battery level be low or depleted.

To prevent item swapping and fraud, we verify the watch is functioning properly and record a video of its condition and operation before packaging and shipment.
