Alex Tcacenco - Chroma Intima No.12 - Velum Libertatis

Velum Libertatis
(Veil of Freedom)

A crimson veil against the sea,
Unfolds a dance of mystery.
The restless wind conceals her face,
Yet cannot steal her fearless grace.

Between the waves, the earth, the sky,
She lets the passing world drift by.
What hides her form reveals her soul,
For freedom asks no one's control.

Libertas sine timore.
(Freedom without fear.)

Art photo direct from the artist made on Ilford galerie smooth pearl paper, 310gsm.
Ilford galerie smooth pearl paper looks between a gloss and matte.
The high-density, resin coated heavyweight base and smooth pearl finish eliminate glare and fingerprints.

A fiction of form — a dream born of algorithms and shaped by my will, like that of a creator.
This image has never existed, and yet it insists on its own meaning.
It exists in defiance — as a reflection of a dream, as an assertion of significance beyond matter.
