Benriach 11 years old Cask Edition 2009 Moscatel Hogshead - b. 2020 - 70 cl

BenRiach 2009 – Moscatel Hogshead (Cask Edition) – 53,9%
This 11 year old BenRiach from the Cask Edition range was matured entirely in a Moscatel hogshead , which makes for a particularly fruity and rich expression from this Speyside distillery.

The nose opens with sunny yellow fruit, sweet grapes, and honey , followed by soft spice and floral notes. The palate fully reveals the Moscatel influence: apricot, peach, grape syrup, vanilla, and a hint of oak . The finish is medium-long, warm, and elegantly sweet, with subtle spice notes that linger.

A beautiful single cask-style bottling for enthusiasts seeking something original within Speyside.
