A visual assessment cannot accurately determine the metallurgical composition of precious metals. As Catawiki support correctly informed you, they "cannot accept a claim without official documentation from a professional jewelry laboratory."

We fully agree with Catawiki's stance. If you obtain an official testing report from an accredited, independent laboratory (such as IGI or GIA) confirming that this item is not genuine 14K gold, please share it with us and Catawiki. If a professional laboratory report proves your claim, we will gladly issue a full compensation.

Attesa lunghissima(due mesi)e l'anello è stata una delusione, molto più sottile delle foto, pietra quasi trasparente e la corona non è come nelle foto. Non si può far credere un affare ciò che non è.
