• Das Objekt stammt aus dem Norden Kolumbiens und wird auf die Zeit um 900–1400 n. Chr. datiert.
• Der Pfeifenkopf besteht aus Terrakotta/Keramik/Steingut.
• Die Tairona waren bekannt für ihre Keramikwaren und die Verwendung von Stein zum Bau von Häusern und Gräbern.
• Archäologische Studien zeigen, dass die Tairona sowohl rituelle als auch funktionale Gegenstände herstellten
The object is a pipe bowl from the Tairona culture.
• The object originates from northern Colombia and is dated to approximately 900–1400 CE.
• The pipe bowl is made of terracotta/ceramic/stoneware.
• The Tairona were known for their ceramics and their use of stone in the construction of houses and tombs.
• Archaeological studies show that the Tairona produced both ritual and functional objects.
