Wenn der Monkey 47 Dry Gin Distiller's cut 2019 Schwarzwald Gin fachtechnisch zu einem London Dry Gin wird. Geschmacklich konzentriert er sich jedoch auf das so genannte neue Western Dry Gin, bei dem die Noten des Wacholders deutlich zurückgehen und andere Botanicals ihm mehr Geschmack verleihen. Genau diese Art Gin wurde in den letzten Jahren sehr beliebt und hat praktisch einen Boom ausgelöst.
