They never tried to deliver at home so I had to go to postal office and had to pay an extra fee to get it. Also, It came without any documentation and I m not even sure it’s old as they said

Unfortunately that is a decision made by the local post office and customs office in your country that the item needs to be picked up.

In terms of the document, it is also mentioned in the declaration of origin which is shown as a photo that no document will be sent together with the item. We are also very sorry that you think the item is not old. The natural iridescence caused on the Roman Glass Bead is made naturally over a long period of time and we can assure you it is old and what it says in the description.
