Wow — thank you so much for the incredibly kind feedback, I truly appreciate it.

I’m very happy to hear the item arrived safely in China and exceeded your expectations. It means a lot to me.

Thank you again for your trust, support, and wonderful review. I hope you enjoy the piece for many years to come.

Description and photos did not detail major damage. The ad said see photos for condition but no photos of damage area. Negligent packaging. Brown paper wrapping around an antique scroll. Shocking! 😯

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry that the condition did not meet your expectations.

This was a 20th century scroll from a long-held family collection, and while I aimed to present it accurately, I accept that the condition could have been described in more detail. I will ensure clearer condition reporting and improved packaging going forward.

I have worked with the buyer to resolve the matter and have offered a full return and refund to ensure a fair outcome.

Kind regards,
Joe

L'ensemble est conforme, sauf l'horloge dont le verre était brisé en miettes.
Dommage.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that the clock glass was damaged on arrival.

The piece was carefully packed prior to shipping, however I appreciate that antique items can be delicate in transit. I will review and improve my packaging methods further to ensure better protection going forward.

Kind regards,
Joe
