Horrible service 1 mouth passed and still nothing, no watch, no money back, no support contact, nothing happen! And Catawiki have a horrible support too more then 10 emails and no feed back

The watch was shipped to me in a very thin imitation wood box that arrived broken (luckily the watch was protected by bubble wrap!). The clasp on the deployant bracelet is defective and tends to open.
