I have paid an order in value of more than 400 Eur and the order never came. The seller is not answering to the messages and unfortunately Catawiki doesn’t  support the situation and return the paymen

Miss, the negative feedback is a little chilldish since this is not the truth. 
I have responded to every message and I’ve updated you and Catawiki to every situation. 
What actually happend is that you did not pick your package send by us from Amsterdam to Romania. The package stayed at a DHL service point for 16 days until it got returned to sender. If you would have contacted DHL at that time, like we advised you to do when you contacted us, we both would not have been in this situation. I can only wait for my
package of great value to safely return before any other deals can be made.
