Under our EU & UK consumer rights policy, you’re allowed to cancel your purchase without stating a reason if all of the following conditions are met (please check our policy as exceptions may apply):
You purchased the object from a professional seller (as indicated on the object page by showing a ‘PRO’ symbol).
You live in a country within the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK.
You are a consumer, meaning that you did not purchase the object relating to your profession, trade or craft.
The object type isn’t excluded from the right of withdrawal.
You request a cancellation within 14 calendar days of the order being delivered to you.
Important to note: If you choose to cancel your purchase, in most cases you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs and we’ll refund you once the object has been received by the seller.
