Description from the seller
A0000001807
The set is presented in very good condition, maintaining an elegant, clean, and uniform appearance, ideal for a professional sale. The gold plating retains a bright and even shine on both pieces, with no material loss or areas of critical wear, enhancing its classic and refined presence.
On the body and cap of the fountain pen, as well as on the body of the ballpoint pen, only very light micro-scratches are visible, typical of normal use and only noticeable under certain lighting conditions. These marks do not affect the overall aesthetics nor diminish the visual quality of the set.
The metal clips are straight, firm, and well-aligned, with excellent reflection and no deformations. The 'CROSS' inscriptions remain clearly legible and well-defined, indicating careful use.
The fountain pen functions correctly: the cap fits securely, and the nib is in good structural condition, with no visible damage. The pen operates properly through its twist mechanism, with smooth and precise response.
Overall, this is a very well-preserved Cross set, with a sober and professional image, suitable for both high-end daily use and as a gift or collection piece. Its overall condition allows for impeccable presentation in sale, conveying quality, reliability, and timeless elegance.
It will be sent in a courtesy box for proper preservation.
