Description from the seller

Lot consisting of two original photographic works from the Unsaid project, conceived as a narrative diptych and intended to be exhibited together.

Unsaid is a visual story that explores the theme of emotional detachment and misunderstood relationships, set in a space suspended in time. The two images dialogue with each other, constructing a unified narrative in which the figure and the environment become metaphors for absence, control, and fragility.

One of the two works has been selected for an editorial publication.

The works are offered exclusively as a single lot.

Unsaid #1, 3rd edition, 7/7 and Unsaid #2, 1st edition, 7/7.

Seller's Story

I am Niccolò Zorza, a freelance photographer active throughout Italy. My work arises from the encounter between people, places, and stories, with a perspective that alternates between humanist documentary and personal aesthetic research. Among my main projects, Cicatrici explores stories of resilience and uniqueness of people through face-scar photographic diptychs and written testimonies. Unsaid, on the other hand, tells of unspoken emotions and complex relationships through conceptual and choreographic images. In the series Individual Series, portraits of people from behind in urban and landscape settings aim to convey introspection and visual poetry. My approach is versatile but consistent: each image is designed to tell stories, evoke emotions, and at the same time, hold value as a collectible piece. I always strive to create authentic connections between subject, environment, and observer, prioritizing sincerity in the gaze and details.
