The Seiko 5 ACTUS 7019-7060 Automatic is a Japanese-made mechanical watch manufactured in the 1970s. • Notes: Caliber 7019 is a representative movement that supported the spread of Seiko
automatic watches in the 1960s, and feature stable accuracy with 21 jewels and 21,600
vph, efficient winding with a Magic Lever, and Seiko's first quick-set date mechanism. It
can still be serviced today, and is an important collectible element for Seiko 5 and

• Waterresistant: resistant for everyday life water dishing/showering but don't expect too much from it: Even if it was labeled "Water Resistant” at the time, it doesn't meet modern waterproof standards. Avoid using it around water.

shocks, dramatically improving the accuracy and durability of watches. It is one of Seiko's
core technologies, first introduced in Marvel in 1956 and still used in current models such

■Condition: There are scratches on the case, case back, band and the Crystal but very fine scratches not visible to the naked eyes. Lots of fine scars/scratches are in fact proof of real true antique vintage, as they cannot be avoided occurring after long term usage of more than half century. During the test period N0v.29 to Dec. 8th the power reserve still shows more than 42 hours average and time accuracy within 30 seconds in 24 hours. So the watch is in good condition overall since quick-day-set device still does work precisely, but very careful handling, when set the time/date, is required due real vintage watch. The watch works properly but needs to be wound at your convenience daily by natural arm movement to keep more accurate time. It was functioning normally at the time of listing, so it should continue to function without any issues. Note: As a vintage piece, the Seiko 5 7019-7060 is a worthy and charming watch — especially if you value heritage, design, and mechanical simplicity. It won’t match modern wristwatches for convenience, but it doesn’t need to: its strength lies in its history, elegance, and the spirit of mid-70s watchmaking.
■Operation and Use
• Winding: Automatic winding, so the mainspring winds with arm movement. Manual winding is not possible.
• Time Setting: Pull the crown out two notches to adjust to correct time
• Fast-forwarding Day of the Week:
Date: Pull the crown out one notch and rotate counterclockwise
Day of the Week: Push the crown all the way in from the normal position. One firm pushed into the case for one weekday ahead
• Fast-forwarding the date and day of the week between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM may cause malfunctions, so it is recommended that you set the watch to around 6:00 AM before operating it.
