Offered here is a professionally restored and refurbished Commodore 64 (Breadbin model). This unit has undergone a complete technical and cosmetic overhaul to ensure optimal performance and long-term reliability.
Technical & Cosmetic Restoration
- Full Recap: All original electrolytic capacitors have been replaced with high-quality new ones from A-brands (Nichicon, Panasonic, Vishay).
Anti-corrosion treatment: The metal housing of the RF Modulator and the Cartridge Port have been treated and repainted with grey anti-corrosion paint.
Refurbished power supply: The external power supply casing has been repainted in the original RAL color.
Maintenance: The motherboard, casing, and keyboard have been deep-cleaned. The VIC-II graphics chip has been fitted with fresh thermal paste for improved cooling.
Hardware updates: the original dim LEDs have been replaced with fresh, bright ones.
Functionality: Fully tested and verified. All internal ICs are functioning correctly.
