Half-shell Endeavour on a wooden frame.
Total dimensions 53 cm x 14 cm.

The Endeavour is a J-class sailboat bearing the number J K 4.
It was built in 1934 by Camper & Nicholsons shipyards based on a design by Charles Ernest Nicholson for Thomas Sopwith, founder of the Sopwith Aviation Company, who intended it to be a challenger for the America's Cup.
The Endeavour has often been considered the most beautiful Classe J ever built.
