The outer case back is beautifully engraved with a detailed rural landscape scene, including buildings, foliage, and decorative elements. The case shows normal wear, surface scratches, and patina from age, but remains structurally sound.
A matching antique pocket watch chain is included, adding to the overall presentation and collectible value.
