Rated Excellent on Trustpilot.
Maurice Lacroix Ligne Classique fountain pen from Switzerland dating to the late 20th century, with silver- and gold-plated parts and an 18-carat gold nib, in good used condition and fully in working order, 140 mm long and 12 mm in diameter.
Description from the seller
This exquisite Maurice Lacroix fountain pen is in excellent condition, standing out for its outstanding preservation both in its aesthetics and functionality. Its body features a high-precision ridged finish, typical of Swiss manufacturing, with a uniform shine and no significant wear, deep scratches, or loss of coating. The cap maintains its smooth surface with the same quality, fitting firmly and securely when closed.
The nib, made of solid 18-karat gold, is presented in magnificent condition, with the engravings intact and no signs of deformation. The grip section retains its original shine, and the transition with the characteristic curvature at the junction between the cap and body remains perfectly defined, with no looseness or imperfections.
The metal components — clip, rings, and embellishers — are also in excellent condition, maintaining their uniform coloration and free of oxidation. Overall, this piece demonstrates minimal use and proper care over time.
It is an elegant writing instrument, fully functional and highly impressive, ideal for both collectors and those seeking a high-end piece with a classic aesthetic and Swiss craftsmanship.
