We present the Marlen Lex Collection
Marlen dedicates this special collection to the legal profession and its members. Translated from Latin, Lex means 'Law.' It was in ancient Rome that written law was introduced for the first time in the world. Previously, laws were passed down orally, which allowed for broad interpretation and inconsistent application by courts. The introduction of written law helped make laws more equal for everyone.
The distinctive feature of this collection is achieved through the use of precious Italian Bordeaux-colored resin. The symbolic emblem of the balance of justice is engraved on the silver band of the shaft and on the silver clip. At the top of the cap, a small silver coin is inserted, engraved with the emblem of the balance of justice and the Latin inscription 'dura lex, sed lex'.
