Multiple of Joseph Beuys, from the "DDR Tute" series, a shopping bag with the stamped seal of the Free International University.
Hand signed by the Düsseldorf genius.
Published by Edition Staeck, Heidelberg, 1977-80.
Total edition of approx. 350 unnumbered copies, each one with different characteristics. Each one, a unique work This bag, in particular, rare for its size.
Size approx. 26 x 16 cm.
Perfectly framed on two bases of beige Fabriano cardboard and red metallic cardboard with a mirror effect.. "Boxed" frame with depth. 42.5 x 32.5 cm.
Bibliography: Jorg Schellman: "Joseph Beuys: The Multiples, Catalog Raisonnè of Multiples and Prints 1965 - 1985", Munich, New York, n. 324. Staeck edition certificate of origin and authenticity is included.
