GELATIN SILVER PRINT
*Print as made in the darkroom under an enlarger on old photographic paper Fotonbrom (Baryta - matt) from the 80's. Slightly warm toned, treated for archival permanence, air-dried and heat-pressed.* (The gelatin silver process is the basic chemical process used in black and white photography. The whole process takes place in a photo darkroom and the photo is hand-made by the artist.)
FRAME
** Framed in wooden frame specially prepared for this photograph. "Showcase effect" thanks to the deeper frame (3.5 cm). Painted black stain with the addition of ink and waxed (This gives an effect of black-semi-glossy surface with visible wood structure).
