There are not many people who are well known of this painter, and that makes him interesting. The painter Dick van Dijk was born on April 24, 1922.
After completing his secondary education, Dick van Dijk was taught by the very famous painter J. Seine from Haarlem. It was J. Seine's painting technique (solo technique) that inspired Dick van Dijk, and he decided to apply this technique in his own work. The solo technique, also known as the technique of non-mixed colors, is clearly visible in Dick van Dijk's work.
Dick van Dijk specialized in painting, including seascapes, harbor scenes, farms, and occasionally human and animal figures. Dick van Dijk is a well-known painter in the Netherlands, Germany, and Switzerland. Increasingly, more countries are charmed by his solo technique paintings.
