Biography of the artist
After studying at the Central School of Applied Arts and Artistic Trades, he entered the San Fernando Royal School of Fine Arts in Madrid in 1969.
He has presented his work at the most renowned Spanish showrooms and has participated in numerous events in various countries, including Ecuador, France, Russia, Portugal, Italy, the USA, Germany, China, Japan, and others. His paintings are like individual verses, where beauty and a certain intimacy attest to a lyrical thought and precise artistic craftsmanship.
Julia Sáez Angulo (2010) - Like in many other exhibitions I have held throughout my artistic career, I am once again showcasing my work, in which my only desire is for the viewer to be filled with positive feelings. Through the figure, the landscape, or the sea, I try, in this increasingly dehumanized world, to eliminate physical barriers to reveal the atmosphere and romanticism, the dream, the idyllic (where there is no time), and inner peace.
