Description from the seller
In this expressive painting, we see a figure hanging over a wheelbarrow – tired, defeated, or perhaps simply resting. The artist uses an explosive color combination of red, yellow, blue, and black, making the emotional intensity of the work immediately palpable. The bright, contrasting background in fiery red and yellow tones enhances the drama and evokes a sense of heat, tension, and fatigue.
Dimensions of work with frame: 114 x 91 cm
Dimensions of the work without frame: 100 x 77 cm.
Viewings are of course possible. Additionally, we have our own in-house framing workshop, which is celebrating its 85th anniversary. Furthermore, we make use of restorers from the industry organization: 'Restauratoren Nederland'. If you wish to utilize this service, please let us know. Collection of purchased works can be arranged on Monday and Tuesday from 10:00 to 17:00, Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00 to 14:00, and Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00.
