The elegant wooden box contains a fountain pen, an ink bottle with a sealing wax stamp bearing the Delta logo, a notebook with blank parchment sheets sealed with a wax seal, and a warranty certificate. It is a beautiful Fountain Pen from the renowned Delta Pen company, in a limited numbered edition, with only 70 pieces produced. The fountain pen is loaded with a side lever mechanism. Dedicated to the Colosseum (Flavian Amphitheatre), from 70 A.D. to 1996 A.D. The Colosseum Platinum Limited Edition is a writing instrument whose colors and shapes reproduce the splendor and elegance of ancient Rome. Produced in a limited run of only 70 pieces worldwide. Reserved and distributed exclusively in Italy. Characterized by a central band in pure platinum 950‰. It bears an embossed engraving of ivy, a symbol of tenacity and fidelity, which, as a centuries-old guardian, clings with its roots to the walls crumbling with time. Almost as if to protect what mankind has ever accomplished most extraordinarily. The artisans of Delta created this fountain pen with a body made of special resin, hand-turned from a solid bar in mother-of-pearl yellow gold and black. The nib is made of 750‰ gold with platinum coating, decorated with a 16th-century Celtic design, personalized and elastic. The clip is made of a specially elastic platinum-plated metal, featuring a small wheel designed to facilitate attachment to a pocket. The cap has a monogram applied at its end. Its attachment to the barrel is strictly screw-in with a three-start special thread. To ensure perfect alignment of the lever and clip, insert the barrel with the lever perfectly aligned with the clip and screw clockwise. The true central band features a relief reproduction of ivy leaves, a characteristic and ornamental element, in pure platinum 950‰. The lever is made of platinum-plated metal and engraved with the edition year.
