Glenlivet 11 years old Single Cask Edition - Bochel - b. 2014 - 700ml

Bochel Hill is an exclusive Single Cask Edition bottled for the Dutch market. The whisky matured for eleven years in a first-fill sherry butt (#4524) and was bottled in 2014 at natural cask strength of 59.5%. Only 670 bottles were produced. It is non-chill filtered and retains its natural colour.

Named after the prominent hill at the entrance to the Braes of Glenlivet “bochel” meaning “shepherd” in Celtic Bochel Hill once served as a strategic lookout for smugglers and illicit distillers, including George Smith, the founder of Glenlivet. Its elevated position helped conceal clandestine activities from excise officers.

The bottle is in good condition everything its original.
