Anna Valla (1951) - Palinsesto nero

Anna Valla was born in Saluzzo (Cuneo) in 1951, where she lives and works. She was shaped by the cultural environment of the Turin avant-garde of the 1970s, absorbing its desire for expression beyond the conceptual.
There are essentially two dimensions that characterize his work: color and gesture (sign), without his painting being exhausted in either, and without one prevailing over the other, in a relationship of mediated balance and coherent complementarity.

Work created in the silkscreen laboratory of Studio Fornaresio and the films made by the artist, with each piece having undergone a hand-applied intervention.
